Luxury Group was appointed by Serras Barcelona to represent the hotel to the UK and Swiss markets. This stunning 5-star boutique hotel in the Gothic Quarter overlooking Port Vell is run by feted hotelier Antonio Bignone and GM Ona Matas and is regularly ranked no.1 hotel in Barcelona and in the top 1% globally in Tripadvisor’s Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best awards.

Luxury Group’s remit was to introduce its black book of private clients and top tier travel agencies and concierges to the property to add incremental revenue to this already successful property. We delivered product training to hundreds of travel agents, instigated multiple FAM trips, secured new bookings and secured press coverage in The Telegraph, The Times, Worth Global Style Network and the Michelin Guide UK.

During our relationship Serras Barcelona was recognised at the Beyond Luxury Awards as Best Luxury Urban Hotel in Spain and Best Luxury Boutique Hotel in Spain.
