To strengthen its position in a competitive market a strategic sales, marketing and PR plan was developed with two clear objectives: maintain strong engagement with Hambleton Hall’s loyal regulars and refresh the brand to attract a new generation of luxury travellers.
The comprehensive strategy focused on modernising brand communications, enhancing digital visibility and deploying targeted marketing initiatives to increase awareness and drive bookings. Key activities included marketing consultancy, e-commerce campaigns, social media management and digital advertising. Sales representation was delivered to top corporations and event planners securing valuable group bookings and exclusive-use events.
Major achievements during the 6-year relationship include a new website with online restaurant reservations, > GBP200k of room and restaurant revenue and >400 media articles in influential publications including the FT, Conde Nast Traveller, Sunday Times, Spectator and Country Life.
Luxury Group also wrote award submissions for the hotel and its star chef Aaron Patterson resulting in prestigious accolades from the AA, Good Hotel Guide and The Cateys (the UK’s hotel industry’s Oscars!).
