Luxury Group was appointed to launch Minor Group’s highly prestigious Layan Residences to the UK’s UHNW market by securing contracts with the top luxury agents, concierges and private family offices.

We ensured that the 27 two-storey sea view residences were represented within all Virtuoso, Traveller Made and UHNW agencies and tour operators’ villa programmes. We created and escorted fam trips and conducted hundreds of presentations across the UK. We delivered circa GBP250k annual revenue through these channels and contributed towards their expansion on the island as well as villa sales.
