Bingham RIVERHOUSE
Luxury Group partnered with the in-house sales and events team at Bingham Riverhouse to increase corporate and wedding revenue, implementing a refreshed commercial strategy and supporting the development of internal talent to achieve long-term growth.
Over the course of four years we exceeded revenue targets annually. Through hands-on coaching and sales optimisation, the events team delivered 20% above expectations equating to approximately £360,000 in additional event sales driven by an improved conversion rate of up to 45%. Corporate revenue also increased significantly, delivering between £45,000 and £60,000 annually.
Following this success, Luxury Group’s remit was extended to include sister property Bhuti, a wellbeing centre, where we developed a corporate membership sales strategy. We also brokered a national collaboration with Coutts Bank for access to their private client network, and initiated strategic brand partnerships with Sweaty Betty, the Lawn Tennis Association, and Kew Gardens further enhancing visibility and brand alignment in the wellness and lifestyle space.
