I insist on being involved with every client, making regular visits to the properties and staying in touch via myriad communications channels. You may find me in the sales office catching up on news and trying to squeeze new client business into already-busy hotels, hosting corporate clients on creative FAM trips, entertaining journalists and getting the inside scoop from the chefs at the pass. During the other days of the week, you will find me in London or around the country presenting to travel agents, corporate event planners, journalists or luxury brand partners.
I have built a five star hotel portfolio, including Michelin star restaurants and leading wellness resorts since 1999. My first clients were Sir Terence Conran and Nicolas Rettie when they collaborated on opening the Great Eastern Hotel; and Christian Delteil when he owned Bank Restaurant Group and opened Bank and later Zander at the St James’ Court Hotel (Taj Hotels).
Notable clients after this were Geoffrey Gelardi at The Lanesborough Hotel (then Rosewood Hotel), and the privately owned residences in Sotogrande where I would entertain UK editors on the Valderrama golf course and at the Santa Maria polo club.
I joined Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in 2003 working in the Regional Sales Office in London, the Four Seasons on Park Lane and at Four Seasons Hampshire.
Seven years in Asia broadened my international perspective, travelling to Australia, Taiwan, Japan, China, Hong Kong, India, Kuwait, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Switzerland, France, and the US to represent Asia’s best wellness resorts Chiva-Som and Kamalaya. Growing brand awareness and revenue for these famous spa resorts enriched my experience and provided deep knowledge of this growing sector.
Holding the position of Senior Sales Director for the Luxury Group, Highly respected and universally liked by the travel industry, Renee has a long and illustrious career in global luxury sales and marketing. Her enthusiasm for sales has generated success for her clients in the USA, BVIs, Caribbean, Thailand, Vietnam, Bali and the Maldives. Her contracts have included Six Senses, Taj Hotels, Soneva Fushi, Gili-Lankanfushi and Alila Villas Hadahaa.
An accomplished publicist with 20 years experience across marketing, publicity and communications, Jane supports the agency on all publishing projects, marketing and events. Much of Jane’s experience was gained in the book publishing industry (HarperCollins and Octopus Publishing) so she is an asset to the chefs and other personalities we represent. Jane freelanced for The Good Food Guide on the new editions so she is also an important asset for the chefs in the portfolio when raising their profiles.
A highly creative graphic designer with 15 years experience, Andy has worked with Claire for over 4 years. He has in-house, studio and client experience. He is a specialist in advertising, web design, branding and publishing. He has impeccable client service, and demonstrates this while supporting Luxury Group clients behind the scenes or when introduced to work directly.
