Claire met Hambleton Hall’s owner Tim Hart and his general manager Chris Hurst in 2015 to discuss sales, marketing and PR opportunities for the luxury country house hotel.

Hambleton Hall’s idyllic setting on the Hambleton Peninsula, coupled with its unbeatable track record of providing luxury hotel-keeping for 35 years makes it a very special choice for leisure guests, occasional small corporate groups and discerning couples celebrating their wedding anniversaries.

The strategy was to keep Hambleton Hall front of mind with its loyal regulars, whilst updating its brand materials and communications methods to attract a new and younger demographic who enjoyed luxury travel midweek and out of season.

The Luxury Group has worked continuously with Tim and Chris to deliver this strategy, providing marketing consultancy and implementation to reach the relevant consumers through ecomms, social media management and digital marketing. The highlight of 2016 was the launch of the fully responsive website, including a new online restaurant reservation tool, which was a process that Claire managed.

The Luxury Group has provided sales representation too, with face to face sales calls made across the UK to the country’s leading corporations, securing many small group events and exclusive use bookings for the Hall.
