Richmond Golf Club appointed The Luxury Group to provide corporate sales for their golf course, historic house and marquee. Having written a Sales Forecast Plan, Claire worked on delivering this with Sales Director Chrissy Carswell to meet the revenue targets, grow the brand awareness amongst key corporate sectors, and launch the house as a venue for social and corporate private dining.
Retained for 10 months to date, The Luxury Group has contributed towards the revenue through the creation of marketing literature, pricing guidance for new packages, and the introduction of major corporate clients. We have also provided on-site event management to assist the club in handling sensitive City clients with high expectations. With a small window of opportunity to fit our corporate groups into this busy private members’ club diary, we have still delivered approximately £22k in the first 6 months.
